I’ve spent my career at Purplex Marketing, progressing from junior developer to Tech Lead. I now lead the technical delivery of the web team while staying close to the code — reviewing work, tackling the harder builds and helping developers solve problems.

Leading technical delivery for a team of five developers: coding standards, code review, mentoring and day-to-day direction. Maintaining the agency’s WordPress build frameworks and hosting for around 180 client sites, and building the foundations for a move to Payload CMS. Introduced AI-assisted development workflows that reduced build times.

Delivered the agency’s more complex bespoke WordPress and WooCommerce projects, including custom ecommerce functionality and ACF-driven content systems, and mentored junior developers.
